2.5Gbps Φ55μm I-temp. APD Chip

The Avalanche Photodiode Chip (APD Chip) is a light receiving chip with an internal multiplying photocurrent. The size of the photosensitive area of the product is Φ55um and the front light is entered, which is easy to align the optical fiber and the electrode structure of the front and back; High responsiveness, high multiplication and low dark current. The high-performance 2.5Gbps APD Chip combined with TIA’s TO-CAN improves the sensitivity of optical receivers and is widely used for fiber TO the home (FTTH)GPON network transmission.
