The 4X56GBaud array 400Gbps light detector chip is a high-speed digital PIN light detector chip with top input light and mesa structure, and the photosensitive area size is Φ22μm. The main features of the product are high responsiveness, low capacitance, low dark current and high reliability, the product is used in single-mode 1200nm to 1600nm wavelength 50Gbps or more data rate long wavelength optical receiver.
