Optical Detected Sensor Chip

The optical detection sensor chip is InGaAs/InP top-illuminated photodiode chip, planar structure, anode on the front, cathode on the back, the size of the square active area is 220um*220um, with high reliability, low dark current and other characteristics, has a high response in the wavelength range of 131nm~1550nm, mainly used for TWS in-ear detection.
